Employer scheme
Have you noticed that you are missing out on contracts because your
competitors have put forward ridiculously low quotes.
Maybe they are using the Future Jobs Fund to give them a £1000 and a
young enthusiastic employee FREE (they are paid minimum wage by the scheme) for 26 hours a week for 6 months.
You could find new business with this promotional quoting.
After covering overhead/material costs any profits are yours to keep.
You can even employ graduates to act as managers for your new employees.
The basic criteria are:-
You must take on 10+ employees in gainful employment.
Administration problems mean we can’t arrange the scheme for less.
Each vacancy has to be for 26 hours per week for a 6 month period,
starting no later than 1st September 2010 and finishing on the
1st March 2011.
You can choose from a large pool of young people who have been
claiming unemployment benefits for at least 6 months.
They will be paid directly, at the minimum wage, for hours worked
under the scheme.
Your company will be paid a bonus based on the number of employees
taken on under the scheme and the length of time that the vacancy is open for.
Funds are guaranteed to be paid on time because this is a
government backed scheme
We undertake due diligence on your company and you will need to
produce records of your participation under the scheme for audit purposes.
We do not charge for taking your job programme application. We take a
small fee from the organisations holding the Future Job Funding.
We estimate that £680 million allocated to the scheme has not used for
employment contracts.
If you think your company will benefit from extra funding and a
young enthusiastic workforce paid by the government please telephone 0844 846
2325 and we will put you forward to the organisations holding the Future Jobs
Funding.
Future Jobs Fund
The Future Jobs Fund targeted 18 to 24 years old that have been
unemployed for more than 6 months. Organisations who applied for funding were tasked to find new employment
for 26 hours a week over a 6 month period.
We estimate that £680 million allocated to the scheme has not used for
employment contracts.
